Somatic Movement Therapy

Think of this class as a dance massage with an emphasis on play! Together, we will discover new avenues of strength and flexibility. We will begin by laying on the floor while listening to music and tuning into our breath. I will then guide you through a series of playful movements, which allow our body weight and Earth's gravity to release physical pain, aches, and lactic acid.

Soul Quest Adventures is an immersive, intentional journey into the ancient skies of Joshua Tree National Park, CA. This awe-inspiring terrain allows us to feel the delicate threads that bind us to the mysteries of nature. 

By harnessing the power of language, ritual, and Mother Earth, we can touch our true being on the deepest level of consciousness. This excursion is designed to reunite us with the wild, organic landscape of our souls!
